Dear Parent

With this letter, please find a list of the clubs which are being offered to the children by teachers, for this academic year.

The teachers running a club will send a letter giving details to every child in the year group involved. If the club is oversubscribed, children names will be ‘picked from a hat’ for a place or the teacher may decide to run the club again the following term with a different cohort of children to ensure equal opportunity.

Please note that teacher-led clubs do not run during consultation weeks or during the last full week of each term.

I have also included details of clubs which are run by outside providers as far as we know at present. The administration of these clubs is not carried out by school staff so their organisation may be different and parents should contact the organisers directly for more detail.
