YEAR 5 PARENTS

Dear Parents,

As part of our RE topic on Christianity and the different branches of the Church, we have arranged visits to 2 churches. They will be St Andrews

Church, Chippenham on Wednesday 30^th January and in the following fortnight on 13^th February we will be visiting St Mary’s in Chippenham. Birch Class will be visiting the church after swimming, being dropped off by the coach for about 11am. They will then walk back to school at around 11.30. Oak class will be doing the same, arriving at the church about 11.30am, and walking back to school at 12noon.

As classes will be visiting after their swimming lesson, we would ask those with long hair, to use the hair dryer (if it is working) or wear a hat during the visit to the church, and the walk back to school.

Please could you complete the permission slip attached before Monday 28^th January.
